acquireKeyPair	Gets random key pair (public and private keys) from account manager that operates with accounts configured in target network Genesis Ledger.
listAcquiredKeyPairs	Gets previously acquired key pairs list.
releaseKeyPair	Releases previously acquired key pair by public key.
